I love the service and staff here in Chattanooga. The jury is still out on our choice on bikes for the terrain we ride (more road less gravel). Regardless the bikes are are fun to ride; in our case Dual Sport 2.

He even offered my grandson (12) some advice, Then, we went back today with my daughter so she could get a bike rack on her car. Again, everyone iwas personable and professional at the same time. Steven your bike tech is always willing to answer any questions you may have and go to great lengths to help you understand the answer. The sales staff has always been willing to help with my needs. This is why I've purchased two treks in the last year.

My bike rode better after Trek's Pro Tuneup than it did when I first bought it! It's not cheap but well worth the expense.
