I enjoy all the staff, always ready to great me and help me, unfortunately my bike rack is on the back of my camper, and I had to take my bike to the shop, it was hanging out the top of my convertible, before I parked a guy was there ready to help me get it out, Thank you to the Bay and there was another young man that helped me , but all of the staff are great.

I like the fact that they take the time to listen and try to understand and identify the problem that you are bringing your bike for repairs. In my case they actually diagnosed that it was an issue with my chain rather than a bottom bracket issue as I thought it was, which saved me a significant amount of money.

We traveled from middle Georgia because AC was one of few who spoke of big inventory online for road bike enthusiasts.
The team was great! Sailor met us at the door and immediately seemed interested in helping rather than selling. He asked a lot of great questions and gave helpful answers. He was able to show us a CHANDI in stock and work a deal that allowed us to get it and take it home that day with few modifications.
This was their new location. They are still getting their inventory built back up from the move. We look forward to visiting again when we are back in the area.
