I recently bought a bike rack from the Trek Store in Greenville, SC for my sedan. Unfortunately, my car broke down soon after, and the new car I purchased wasn’t compatible with the rack. Michael at the store was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to help me. He processed a full refund for the rack without any hassle. I came in on a Friday to simply browse and had a very positive interaction with the associate Bay. He was friendly, informative, very knowledgable, yet not overbearing or pushy. I live a few hours from Greenville and was just passing through for work. My positive experience on Friday led me to stop in the following day when I found myself back in Greenville, this time with the intention of purchasing a bike. I worked with Bay again and he was, again, very helpful and knowledgable. I was very happy with the purchasing experience, the information offered to me, and the custom fitting once I purchased the bicycle. All of the other associates that I dealt with at the store were also positive and helpful.
The people are great, always willing to help and answer questions. The service department is absolute quality. Trek products speak for themselves.
