It was my first time in a bike shop and I had a great experience! Sailor was kind, helpful, patient, and supportive. I really enjoy the knowledgeable, friendly service of Steven and the entire bike service/repair crew. Steven is very passionate about his work and can make quick work of things that most people/places would take half a day to finish. Bringing my bike to Trek to get serviced feels like a social event that I always look forward to. Also, Jeremy, in sales, is great with communication and knowing product details of Trek.
I was greeted immediately walking into the doors. The associate, Ryan listened to my needs, and after measurement picked out the best suited bikes. After choosing my bike, he placed the trailer hitch attachment on, and asked his lead technician to ensure it was done correctly as I will be pulling children in a bike trailer. He also looked at my hitch to ensure the bike was appropriate and I was able to purchase all my accessories and the team adjusted and installed at the store before leaving. It was a smooth buying process and I felt that the team was there to assist and ensure all was good before leaving.
