I visited different cycling stores in the city before bringing in my bike for service to compare prices & quality of accessories, tires, and labor, and I felt that I was paying a very fair price for my tire replacement and tire pump, while also getting good advice about using and caring for my bike.

Gerry is very knowledgable about bikes, and cycling in general. He listened to how we wanted to use the bikes, and then matched us up with the right models.
One minor complaint about the computer on one of the bikes. The strap that attached it so the handle bar broke. Not a big deal until we found out that it's molded to the housing of the entire computer, and so the whole thing has to be replaced. While it's covered under warranty, it's now on back order from the factory. Love the bikes tho.
Also the techs we've worked with to give them a 6 month check-up are great as well.
Shop service is hands down the best around. Stephen's bicycle mechanic skills are seond to none.
