They had the products I needed. They ordered the bike I wanted and had it ready to be fitted to me. Bay spent time making all the adjustments to have the bike fit me. It was impressive for him to see what was needed, make the adjustment and then me feel the benefit of the change. The bike rides great.

My favorite go to Bike store in Chattanooga by far. They greet me by name, they know and love my bike(s) and the repairs are incredibly detailed, thorough and timely. They do their best to get your bike back to you as soon as possible.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding my decision of the best bike that would fit me and my riding style. Bradley the store manager was very respectful of my budget and was able to have a new bike ordered, delivered to the store, and put together in a reasonable time frame. He took the time to set me up on the bike and made sure I was 100% satisfied prior to me leaving the store. The shop mechanic did a great job of putting my bike together and took great care in adjusting everything prior to me showing up as to not waste more time then what was needed. I am truly satisfied with my new bike and have begun to ride the trails that they suggested I should try out. Thanks for the wonderful experience!!
