I found mountain biking as a kid and fell in love. Now as a father of two I have introduced my family to the sport. Both of my kids are on a NICA team and I will soon be a coach. We were told by team members to go to our local Trek store. I work in public safety I don’t have “Trek” money especially for a family. I spoke to Bradley at our local Trek store he told me about Treks support for kids in the NICA program. I nearly cried, you have no idea what it means to me to be able to put my kids on quality bikes that I otherwise could not afford to do. I will always ride Trek from now on. We are a Trek family. Bradley and Kevin are great guys the store is awesome and I can tell they know their customers. Again thank you so much for your support in keeping my kids safe!

The service personnel are always extremely helpful and accommodating as well as very knowledgeable.
They are always cooperative and patient. They meet you at the parking lot take your bike out of your car take it inside where you are greeted by half the staff. Then they escort you to the service department where they are both knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes they will make a repair while you wait. Then they escort you back to the car and put your bike back in your car! That is what it is like to deal with Atlanta Cycling.
Before picking TREK I went to 8 other bike shops, But with the selection and intelligent staff, I knew Trek was the best choice for me.

Great shop with great service and communication throughout the repair process. They even found another issue after taking bike out for a quick spin after initial repair that could have resulted in a catastrophic failure with the front fork. Had taken to LBS many times to address the issue which went unresolved. Highly recommend!
