Atlanta Cycling Vinings is absolutely fantastic! Every visit here is such a pleasant experience. I recently brought my bike in for routine maintenance and to address a concern with my bottom bracket, and the team went above and beyond. Not only did they fix everything perfectly, but they also took the time to explain in detail what was done and even shared helpful tips to keep my bike running at peak performance.

I was looking for my granddaughter, a more comfortable bike,seat. The man helped me was very nice and helpful and offered for me to bring the back and he would put the seat on for me and I asked him to show me what I needed to do he did and I was able to do it myself.

A lot of effort was put into fixing the back wheel of my husband's ebike so we wouldn't have to spend the extra $600+ to replace it on a bike that has less than 200 miles on it and we appreciate that so much! Then more work was put into straightening the rack so we wouldn't have to replace it.
Then David spent quite a while being creative with the Burley Bee hitch so it could be attached to the same bike.
All of this effort is greatly appreciated, and the reason Trek Greenville is the only bike store we go to.

The store is phenomenal--it's more than just a bike store, it is a promoter of a cycling community. When you need special parts they will research, find the parts and BOOM, you have your parts. They are a go-to business with all things associated to bikes and cycling. If you need a bike or services look no further. If you want a Group Ride--they provide this as well. When I brought my bike in the mechanic fixed not only the issue I had mentioned but also took care of another one I had forgotten about. On top of that, the staff are friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile.
After visiting several bike shops in the area the weekend before, I stopped by your place on a whim, thirty minutes before closing time. Your staff welcomed me and my husband in, never rushed us, made me very comfortable and were excited to help me find a bike that fit me! I'm just getting into cycling and everyone at the shop was encouraging, helpful and very knowledgeable. I didn't get any pretentious vibes or that any of the guys were pushing certain bikes on me just for the win of the sale. I truly appreciate you guys and the encouragement I felt to try out this new sport! I'm a customer for life, no doubt.
