I have never worked with a bike store that has had so many friendly and competent people there to help. I'm always blown away by their warmth and helpfulness on the big or little issues. Whenever there have been any issues, they have been quick to remedy them and always have done what's right with me. I'm a casual biker but the staff treats me as if I just walked off the Tour. I will never go anywhere else.

I’ve had my Verve 2 for a year now, best bicycle I’ve ever owned. The look, comfort, and performance of it are incredible but they pale greatly in comparison to the customer service and technical support from from the Chattanooga, TN store. I can’t say enough about the team there, collectively or individually! They answer every question, solve every problem, and make me feel like a valued customer, more with each visit!!
