Reliable and consistent
your staff was friendly and helpful when i brought in (2) bicycles and (1) unicycle in need of (5) new tubes & tires. I dropped them off went to lunch and a ballgame and before the ball game was over, they had sent me a text letting me know that my cycles were good to go. And even though i arrived about 5 minutes after closing they still were very friendly and let me in to pay and retrieve all (3), The next day they were all on the road again and ride great.

The staff here is always so kind, friendly, and helpful. I've been around for a while and it's not uncommon to go into bike shops and have people thing customers are almost an inconvenience. I've seen it over and over and having a shop here that cares, treats customers with kindness and to have the staff seem genuinely excited to help customers is fantastic. I feel very thankful to live close by to this shop!
Worked with Noah at the Ansley location - He was super helpful and knowledgeable. While they didn't have the exact bike I wanted in stock, AC shipped it to their shop and built it for no charge. I plan to use AC for future bike purchases!

It was good. Michael was very patient with me even though I didn’t really know what I was looking for. He helped me out a lot when it came to finding what I needed and the size. I enjoy knowing I can go back anytime for adjustments if need be. Overall a great experience. He even helped get into my car.

Great service
New too biking & needed to determine best bike to fit my needs. Hadn't ridden a bike since mid teens. Following multiple visits to the store, buying the Verve 2 G5, then returning for the Verve 3/5 step over. Also test drived the Fx a dual sport, and Verve 3/5 step thru. Love the bike and really look forward to riding every day!!
Gerry -spent a lot of time helping me understand comparisons of each bike and making recommendations on bikes as well as must have accessories. Each time I visited the store with more questions, He was extremely helpful and friendly taking whatever time necessary to ensure I got the ride that I'd be pleased with. He even installed all the accessories.
