I recently bought a bike rack from the Trek Store in Greenville, SC for my sedan. Unfortunately, my car broke down soon after, and the new car I purchased wasn’t compatible with the rack. Michael at the store was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to help me. He processed a full refund for the rack without any hassle. Exceptional customer service and professionalism—thank you, Michael, for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy. Highly recommend this store!

We took two bikes in to get some repairs and setups. The guys were knowledgeable and helpful. Didn’t push us to buy things we didn’t need. Bikes were ready sooner than we had expected. Even gave us info on some local trails.
