A perfect example is that I wanted to adjust and potentially modify the brake system on a bike of mine and rather than ordering parts they said we would like to ride it ourselves and see what the actual issue is before having me spend any money.

I was here for a week of riding and needed a lot of work done on day one (new Di2 cable installation, new chain, brake service). Steven, Mark and Tyler are super passionate and knowledgeable and were able to help right away, even though the store was closing in 20 min. For the Di2 work they were able to accommodate an appointment the next business day - and when I got my bike back they looked at all the other stuff as well, called me and told me about it before proceeding to tune it up. After 2-3h it was ready, and it felt like I bought a new bike!
