You guys were top notch all the way! You identified a recalled crank that many other shops had missed. You were also dissatisfied with returning my bike to me with the way it was shifting. I've had my bike to two other shops and they've just said "it's getting old". You figured out the derailleur needed to be broken down, cleaned, and rebuilt. Now it feels like I have a new bike even though it's got about 15,000 miles on it! I'll be back -- I love the commitment to my bike and the attention to detail. Top notch! 5-stars!
