Everyone at the store was super helpful. They installed our water bottle holder, cell phone holder and bell at no cost. I purchased my bike there and we will buy my son's next bike there as well! I brought my bike in for a tuneup on a Saturday, without an appointment. Stephen said it was his 101 bike job of the week. He asked if I needed it for that same weekend or when did I. I didn't have definite plans so was open ended when I needed it ready. He said he would try to work it in early in the week. I got a text THE SAME DAY that it was ready!
It looked and performed great and I'm back riding in this beautiful weather.

Service is awesome. Took my bike in for the periodic checkup (its free) and mentioned an issue with the shift lever. The tech blew the line out and it's now shifting normally. All at no charge. This shop offers great service and excellent guidance.
