The store was large and plenty of customer service agents. We were lucky to get Bay and he was so helpful, patient and kind. They had the products I needed. They ordered the bike I wanted and had it ready to be fitted to me. Bay spent time making all the adjustments to have the bike fit me. It was impressive for him to see what was needed, make the adjustment and then me feel the benefit of the change. The bike rides great.
