Steven, did a masterful job in repairing the rear undercarriage brake on my Madone.
He also tweaked the front and rear shifting so that it performs like it is a new bike again.
All of this was done in just a couple of days.
It is a pleasure knowing that these adjustments can be properly made the first time.

Brought my grandson’s bike in (not on Trek) because the front brake was broken. Got there at opening and Justin and his team jumped right on it and had it fixed while I waited. Always courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
The Spartanburg store is so caring. The staff is truly a part of our cycling community. They are always ready to answer questions or check/ help me maintain my bike. Kevin has walked me through maintenance over the phone while I was on the road. Bradley worked with me on bike fit and I am more comfortable than ever before.
