I love your store. However I ordered a bike on July 12. I called Thursday and was assured it would be ready Saturday.
When I arrived Saturday. The bike was not there. It a very important gift. I found the bike in Albany Georgia and drove down and picked it up. It was a 4 hour trip that I should not have be forced to make.
I was told by every Trek dealer that bike was availible and if ordered on Saturday. It should have been there Wednesday.
One of 2 things happened. The bike was never ordered or it was sold out from under me.
I have bought several bikes from this store and will give it one more chance.
I will be bringing my 2019 Verve 2 in for service this weekend.
