They’re a full-service bike shop with a great maintenance group as well. They handle all my road cycling needs.
The employees have been accommodating in doing repairs the day we drop the bike off since we are traveling over an hour to get to your store. Also, the employees are very informed about Trek products and can provide really good incite.

10/10 I would recommend! Matt went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and when my bike came in, he took the time to get it fitted for me and also all of the accessories I need as a beginner cyclist. He also made notes in my profile regarding a carrier for my dog.

The store was large and plenty of customer service agents. We were lucky to get Bay and he was so helpful, patient and kind. We appreciate the direct response we got when we came back a few days later to purchase brake pads...not sure of the young man's name but he was helpful as well. Thank you kindly!
