Came in with what I thought was a major issue with my Trek and Steven looked at my bike. He asked me a few questions, found out I was just about to ride and found the bike in need of repair. He took the time, assessed my issues and stop his current work to fix my bike so I could get a bike ride in before the extreme heat of the day. Great customer service, reasonable price and got me back on the trails that morning.

Your store manager Josh is great. He helped me find the things I needed, and seemed so knowledgeable about products and cycling in general. I appreciated that he didn't pressure me to spend more, too, and that he seemed very honest and easygoing. He even helped me find a kind of bike rack I needed that Trek didn't sell, and offered to help me install it. I would highly recommend Trek Greenville to anyone, plan to return to have my bike tuned up soon, and would come back for other bike-related needs.

Nice folks over there, not pushy, enthusiastic about any type of bike and riding a person can do. Some shops can be stuffy and ignore normal folks, this team is awesome.

Robert sold me a bike. He and the rest of the staff are all very experienced, mature cyclists. There are a billion bike brands now, and having ridden on and off for 35 years, I wanted to buy a Trek or Specialized. For an endurance road bike, I preferred what Trek was offering.
Bradley Barnes is the best sales rep I know. Kind, friendly, and patiently answered all questions. Did not feel rushed or pressured into a decision. Well taken care of.

They helped me purchase the correct size bike after the Madone Gen 7 was discontinued.
Gerry and Josh helped me understand the new technology and innovation that comes with the improved Madone.
Justin and Max and all of the mechanics did a great job making this Project One build everything I hoped for.
Max Abner also worked his magic skills to get rid of some new bike noise which is never easy. The bike seems to be working much better. He did a great job making this happen!

Great service from hello to completion. They were able to fix my daughter's bike in no time. The repair stayed on my to do list, longer than it stayed in the shop. If and when we have any repairs or bike maintenance we will be back. We appreciated the text communication when the bike was ready!

Finally, a bike shop that understands customer service! As a cyclist who rides every day, I appreciate people who meet you in the parking lot to get your bike and have you out back on your bike in less than a half an hour. This alone should make everyone want to go there!

Justin was great. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Offered to look at my bike to check it out for free. Only thing to take note of, they did not notice my rear derailer was worn and not sitting where it should be. I believe the spring was worn out, and one of the cogs was bouncing up against the cassette.
Other than that I will be back in the future.

Helped resolve an issue with my cycle prior to a competitive event I was participating in the next day - took time to adjust and tune the gearing system to ensure smooth and optimal effectiveness. The staff at this store is amazing. They are always so friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like they go out of their way to help. From helping me take the bikes off my car; to holding the door open to helping me put the bikes back on the rack. I keep going back to this place because they do such an awesome job with a smile on their face. I feel like everyone who works there wants to be there. I love this shop!

Atlanta Cycling is just great. They fixed my bike after a bad accident and had me up and riding again quickly. They did not try and upsell me on parts that did not need to replaced. Highly recommend Matt and his team at the Vinings location.
The Power Training Clinic that Amos conducted was really helpful and it was nice to be able to ask questions and have a dialogue in a relaxed and casual setting. The things I learned have already been incorporated into my training regime.
