Generally, the staff is welcoming and very engaging. I have used the Vinings location as my “primary” Atlanta Cycling location since moving to metro Atlanta in 2018. They have received my bike during moves and shipped the bikes during moves. During this particular experience (receiving), I didn’t feel the “welcoming & engaging” atmosphere of previous visits. The visit was very transactional versus relational. I trust that this is an isolated experience and will continue to support the business and location.

Atlanta Cycling Duluth has a top notch and broad range of bicycles and cycling gear. And that's great. Way more important, though, is their approach to customer service. I want to shine the spotlight on Eric Finnegan. He's the Store Manager, and this man went above and beyond to meet my unreasonable expectations for a bike build. 'Can we swap this, Eric?' 'Can you locate that, Eric?' The man followed up on everything I asked about (and I do mean everything) and did it with a smile. From what I can see this is just the way they operate. I recommend Atlanta Cycling Duluth most highly!
Personal, accurate and informative
Just moved to Powers Ferry rd from Roswell needing a new bike shop as myself and my wife both ride and so dropped my bike in Monday and was greeted & served instantly.
I was concered with a shimmy in rear ( we hadnt ridden in months ) and thought either i was unsafe or it was my HUMAN balance that was off due to my age!
Eddie found dry rot in the tyre ......but suspect im not far behind.
new tyre and brakes same day !

After walking 45 minutes from UTC to the bike station in the CARTA bus barn near the aquarium to find out the Chattanooga installed bike station is dilapidated. By then walk about 30 minutes over to the Trek store knowing they could help me. Want arriving they saw my issue and they jumped on it right away they're very friendly very helpful and I plan on going to them again even though I live in North Georgia and eastridge bike shop is more convenient but they're not the par as far as customer service as the Trek store is on the North shore
I like the team there. They know me and my bikes, and are always responsive in helping meet my needs. I'm sure I'm a pesky customer but they never let on.
