I have had Trek bikes for 30 + years and recently baught a new Trek Dual Sport bike to upgrade from my old 1990s Mountain Trek 800

They are always helpful with questions and getting adjustments on my bike and I recently took my old Trek 800 in and they took it back adjusted the gears and helped me get it to good riding condition

I went in looking for a Fuel Ex 8 but Bradley show me the Fuel Ex 9.8 — I wasn’t sure if it would be the right fit for me or worth the investment. Did order one and it came in the before going on a big ride.
Took it to Bent creek in Pisgah and I was completely blown away. The bike handled beautifully smooth gear changes, excellent suspension, and a super comfortable ride even on rough rocky trails.
Bradly and Kevin at Trek Spartanburg was super friendly and super helpful. Got a text notification saying bike was ready 30min before store was closed. I went in and got the bike adjusted and fitted to the bike. Even though it was after store hours They answered all my questions and made sure the bike was ready to go. Their customer service was too notch.
