Reserved a bike online and purchased in store. Great experience overall. Appreciate that they took the time to ensure I was correctly fit and recommended useful accessories without feeling pressured. I was very pleased with my experience at TREK of Greenville.
Skylar in service took my call on Tuesday late. I told him that I thought the front derailleur was broken and was it possible to get it replaced before a scheduled ride on Friday. Brought the bike in on Wednesday morning. The derailed didn't need to be replaced, not sure what he did to fix it but immediately was able to work on the bike while we waited. About 45 minutes later we were able to walk out with the bike working and still able to make our ride on Friday. While I am trying to learn about basic bike maintenance you guys are always there available to help and get us back on the trails!
I have been a trek owner most of my life and love the quality of the components and the fit and finish. Every employee at the trek store is extremely knowledgeable, professional and treat you like family. They are lovers of the sport and love to share all of their knowledge and want to make sure you understand how everything works and that you are 110% satisfied and work to make sure you are happy with the entire experience. And working with the trek team is indeed an experience they never treat you just as a sale. You not only leave as friends but also feel like family.
Steven was an absolute gem, I explained my plans for an old bicycle that needed service and some tlc. Steven went above and beyond my expectations and delivered an almost new bicycle for me to accomplish my goal of donating said bicycle to an autistic child.

Quick service
The service is just…perfect. Exactly what you want out of a bike store. I was greeted at the door like they were truly happy to see me - and that didn’t dim when I said I was just there for some gels. No lack of service just because I wasn’t there for a high-dollar item. Great people.

Good Quality products
Chris was fantastic helping me pick out my next bike! I got the Trek Domane 52 (which I thought I was a 54). Chris got it right! I bought a helmet, pedals, water cages, shorts, saddle, and the bike and I love it all! Thank goodness I went with his recommendations. I would definitely shop that store again and again.

Customer First business mindset of all staff. Reasonable execution on customer service needs. Quick service turnaround and all staff operate under the premise of getting riders back on their bikes on back on the trail or road.
They do exellent work and it is located a mile from my house (gonna hate when they move across town).
