I purchased my first Trek and EBike from the Knoxville Trek store. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with the process. My bike had to be ordered along with some upgraded equipment. They kept in touch and delivered my bike as I lived a couple hours away to keep me from having to drive back to the store. Great 5 star customer service!! I am currently working on breaking in my bike.

I took my bike here for a tune up and a few other adjustments. Employees are knowledgeable and went above and beyond to meet my expectations of the bike. Pricing is reasonable. Told all my family to come here for bike needs instead of REI.

Everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me have the best possible riding experience. I left feeling confident, comfortable, and supported. I truly won’t go anywhere else. Low pressure sales environment with knowledgeable staff
