The person that waited on me was professional and patient. I took my bike in for maintenance. I’ve had it for about 5 years and rode it very little. The service tech inflated my tires and installed a phone holder I purchased. There was no charge to inflate the tires. I just appreciated the fact they did not try and get me for a few dollars for the service. An honest business.

The Trek bikes and service have always been excellent. On Monday 7/7, I was on a ride when my rear derailer began to malfunction. I went to your Duluth location as a walk-in and Josh, one of the bike mechanics, diagnosed and resolved the problem in 15 minutes. Fortunately, the store had the necessary parts and Josh was willing to work me in. He is very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating.
I had a short timeline to have my bike packed for transport. They provided the boxed bike, before I was promised. Great job again. I’ve had them ship and pack 2 bikes - excellent work.

It was my first time in a bike shop and I had a great experience! Sailor was kind, helpful, patient, and supportive.
