I visited Atlanta Cycling - Ansley for the first time. I was impressed with the first impressions. Noah saw us already pulling up to the parking lot and had already offered to open the door for us. We already knew what we wanted and he directed us straight to the bike. He was knowledgeable of the bike and listened to my concerns as well as curiosity. He was patient and even gave me options before completing my purchase. I was in no way rushed or pressured. This was my first time purchasing a road bike and I would recommend anyone whether beginner or advanced cyclist to come here and support Atlanta's local bike shops.

I like the customer service. They always help me and willing to look at my bike. They fix it right on the spot when there is just minor adjustments needed. John, Michael, Kevin and the real young guy, I cant remember his name, are always great help and have great advice. I never feel intimidated. I know I don't know anything about cycling and learning and they are always encouraging and happy to see me.
I can always count on the service guys to be honest and interested in helping with our bike issues. We've been in a number of times and everyone seems to enjoy their jobs and want to figure out what is needed. Sort of like a "trusted mechanic" for bikes. Thanks!

This is the LBS for the weekend warrior and the seasoned pro. The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they communicate well. The guys in the service center always make me feel like we've been friends for years, and they treat me fairly. The sales crew should not be forgotten either; they aren't pushy, they're friendly, and there's no judgment on their faces when I decide to "wait on a purchase". This is a top-notch experience.

For a person that is new to the road cycling world, I definitely came to the right place with Atlanta Cycling - Vinings. I received first class service from the moment I walked in the door by Matt Stafford. He was able to address my needs while thoroughly breaking down everything a novice should consider when purchasing a bike. These days it's hard to find quality customer service so I strongly recommend Matt and his team for any cycling needs!
