I love the staff. We’ve bought a few different brand bikes from different bike stores and I will only shop at trek now. Not because it’s a superior bike but because the staff is amazing. Doesn’t matter if I’m dealing with the sales team or repair side- I’m always taken care of and they always exceed expectations.
Excellent staff, great service. I've been a customer since 1990. I can remember on January 16, 1991, Mark working on my road bike after a club ride. We were in the shop off of Holcomb bridge road. The Tv was on as the start of the air campaign of the 1st Gulf war was being broadcast by CNN. Funny, the memories we carry.

I’ve been a big fan of Trek products for many years. Our store carries a nice variety of accessories and clothing. I am disappointed that the store carries Wahoo indoor trainers. My wife and I used Wahoo for a while and found their service and products to be unreliable. We have replaced the Wahoo trainers and computers with Garmin products. Garmin has proven to be a better product with MUCH better service. I would prefer our store stock Garmin products as we like to support our local business.

The staffers are passionate and knowledgeable. I never feel as if I'm being sold something for the sake of numbers. The service department is first class.
I quickly found the bottle holder in the color I was looking for - to match my bike.
Mike, who sold the bike to me, was among several technicians busy around the set-up machine, recognized and greeted me from the distsnce. It's nice to be remembered, and ny name.
The TREK staff is great.
Unfortunately, I had to bring back my new bike due to a faulty brake lever, but they went right to work on making the repair under warranty.
