I have ridden Trek bikes for decades. Of course, other bikes are excellent as well, but I've settled on Trek. They have great, friendly service to go with the bike. My ride is a 2021 Domane SLR 7, and I have around 40,000 miles on it. With proper maintenance, it rides like a new bike. I do most of the routine stuff and take it to the Trek shop about once a year for a checkup and major repairs, which have been few.

We own two trek townie bikes, one for my husband and one for myself. We have only used the Greenville trek store for service and advice on products. First off, the staff here is fabulous. Every one of them. All are unfailing friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If they’re not sure about something they find out and contact you with an answer. From rear tire flats to tune-ups, their work is timely and impeccable. Our bikes come back riding like they were brand new. We absolutely recommend trek for all your biking needs and service. They’re top notch.
