Everyone at the store was so helpful and nice and not only willing, but wanting to help. Super great guys all around, helped me get my first road bike all set up, helped me with fitting, taking care of the bike, even with getting my trainer set up. I prefer to pay slightly more than online prices because of how great this place is.

Trek offers a nice broad offering of both products and bike services. I love the brand. But I love my local Trek store even more. The manager (Bradley) and the mechanic (Kevin) are truly exemplary professionals. They combine friendly service, yet an excellent eye towards efficiency and getting the tasks done properly--the first time! I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the Spartanburg Trek store.

Years ago I purchased a tri bike from ATL Cycling--Vinings and I've had two bike fittings. It's not the closest LBS, but I still take some of my bikes there for servicing. They're always courteous and well-staffed. Turn-around time for servicing has always been good too.
