I brought in our Townies that we purchased here a while back for service. There were 2 employees who must have seen me pull into the parking lot, came out to greet me, and took the bikes off my truck!!!
They checked in my bikes while I chatted with the staff who were all very friendly and engaging (especially Ramone!!)
I picked them up a few days later and the bikes looked brand new!!!!!

Took the opportunity with the nicer weather to get my 25 year old Trek mountain bike out, I haven't ride it in the past few years but I needed some new tires, inner tubes, and a good once over. They did a great job and did some additional cleanup on the bike, went above and beyond, I am very happy to recommend Mike and his crew at Trek !!, thank you guys for my first time there, great experience!! You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

Friendly, prompt and excellent mechanical expertise. Matt came out of the shop to get my bike off the rack before I even got out of my car. Kevin fixed everything on my mountain bike quickly so I was back to riding in no time.

Aaron did a terrific job helping me with my needs. I had a bicycle accident a few months ago and wanted to have my bike inspected and repaired if needed. Aaron was able to accomplish both, including replacing a tire tube and chain, in a short period of time. I greatly appreciate the fact he only serviced the parts of the bike which needed maintenance, and nothing more. On top of that, Aaron offered suggestions and provided resources with information for trails in the local area. As someone fairly new to the area, this information was very much appreciated. The service I received from Aaron and the team at Trek Store Knoxville was first-class and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Michael helped me develop a plan to get back on the bike while I am suffering significant back and neck pain. The shop actually had quite a selection of new spare parts that enabled a pretty quick retrofit of my Trek Domane to get me more upright in the interim.
He was also instrumental in educating me on a bike that would work for getting my wife back into cycling. We bought the bike the next day. Her comment after her first ride in years was, "that was really fun!"
Couple this type of assistance with included free adjustments, and I think it's pretty easy to see why you would recommend this shop.
Had no rear brake on my e-bike, took it in and they fixed it the same day. everything was good , i now have brakes.
