Staff is very helpful and nice. We just moved here so, as a Trek loyalist, this is my new LBS. It would be great if they opened a 2nd store on the SWT; possibly in the new Bolden development.
I like that I can trust my mechanic. Yes your products are expensive but they are the Toyota of the cycling world and I know when I want to ride my bike will be ready. Nothing fancy nothing cheap just dependable and very effective

I'll forever remain a Trek owner; knowing Greenville and corporate stand behind the bikes they sell and promptly resolve any issues that may arise; Saw this recently with my replacement of new FX 5 as a result of carbon frame damage even though out of warranty
When Buying a Trek bike you can have confidence in its quality and assurance Trek stands behind their bikes if customer has any concerns.
Justin & Gerry also take time to explain to customers how to perform simple maint on the bike like cleaning/waxing of chain, or showing the customer "hands on" how to do a certain task like take a tire off.
Entire Greenville staff are always happy to assist customers and proactive on helping
customers with any issue.
I've witnessed this with other customers. No matter how busy sales or mechanical staff are they take the time to assist customer, even if it requires immediate adjustment to a bike brought in. I also know I can be confident with any repairs they perform on my bike as all mechanics are very qualified for repair maintenance work.

I was in a bind, I knew these were good guys in this shop, I didn't even buy my bike from this shop, it took my bike in and they under promised and over delivered but getting my bike back to me days earlier than I had hoped. To top it all off, these guys are super knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. They don't treat you like you're a nuisance like some shops do.

Everybody there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, everyone is extremely knowledgeable and very professional, a place that understands customer service. I bought (3) bikes from if not (4) over the years, and a cart to carry my two kids while riding, helmets, accessories, upgrades, and a Kuat (4) bike hitch mount rack for my truck. Every experience has been exception.
