Michael was a great sales rep. He knew the exact specs of the bike I was looking at and was confident in his knowledge of Treks products. He also worked out a way of transferring the bike I wanted from another shop to avoid waiting 2-3 months for it to be ordered directly.
Trek makes a great mountain bike, and Stephen in the shop does an amazing job keeping it running like it’s brand new!

Great staff! I bought my new bike from these folks 6 months ago. It was a great experience and I’m confident that I made the right choice with some guidance from Saylor. I’ve since gone back after deciding to change to waxing my drive-train (Fantastic! Switched over my other bike too. Never going back to oil-based!!), and for sealant and a tool for maintaining my tubeless tires, which I’d never used before, as well as some odds and ends. Each time I get great tips and suggestions for making things easier and better. So thanks too to Mary, Chris, Michael and everyone else!,

I recently bought a 3rd bike from Atlanta Cycling, but due to an injury, I couldn’t pick it up. The store manager, Bill, personally delivered it and followed up to make sure everything fit perfectly. Great service and genuine care — they’re happy to help with any adjustments later if needed!

Great bike repair and sales personnel. But mainly, the overall friendly atmosphere.
I live 6 hours away from Trek Chattanooga, but they are hands down my preferred bike shop. The customer service and attention to detail is amazing. Whenever I’m in town I bring my bike in for maintenance. Even when they are booked out weeks in advance, they always manage to squeeze me in. Can’t say enough about these guys!
