Service was backed up by 2 to 3 weeks for tune-ups. But the staff looked at our bikes and did a quick tune-up while we were in the store and got us out the door in less than an hour.

I've had nothing but excellent experiences at the Trek Bicycle store in Chattanooga. The team is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping their customers.
One thing that has always stood out is that they're happy to top off the air in my tires at no charge, which is a small gesture that speaks volumes about their customer service. More recently, I brought my bicycle in to have the inner tube replaced, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally.

Great assist with our needs. The bike mechanic was great, checked inventory before I brought my bike. He had what we needed. He got it done same day too. Another staff assisted with looking at our rack on the car.
