Love the lasting quality of the Trek bikes . My kids love them! Great helmets too. The staff members are always so helpful and friendly . They knew I needed my sons bike fixed over Christmas break and they prioritized it for us and had a new chain, tire, and maintenance done on both my sons bikes within the hour . They actually care about their customers . They even wiped down my sons bike and it was pretty dirty from all the muddy trails he bikes on. That was really nice ! Love the customer service .
