What I really appreciate is the service, the help you get is second to none. The staff ask the right questions, tailor made solutions are offered and the best thing… they are typically all cyclists! Tell you where to go based on your ability, set you bike up according to weight and height, nothing is too much trouble. I bought the classic Marlin 7 from Trek Spartanburg and a young man called Josh sorted me out so well. When I picked the bike up, encouraged to bring it back after a few weeks to ensure cables are tight etc. great job!
