Service is exceptional! Friendly staff. They helped us set up the bike for the rider. We learned a lot. This is our 5th trek bike and have never received service as we did at the Greenville, SC store. Spartanburg and Asheville need to take lessons from this place.

The personal touch. They go out of their way to make doing business enjoyable. The entire team is incredibly responsive. They get to know you and your bike. I can trust them to do what is necessary while not overselling. Often times the response to the question, “do I need to replace X?” is “not yet, we will keep an eye on it.”

The staff always goes above and beyond. I buy as much merchandise there as possible. They always volunteer to install for me and that is helpful and appreciated. If I have a small problem, they will address at no charge. Yesterday, I took my partner’s e-bike (which he bought from a neighbor) to have the brakes adjusted. They worked on the brakes and didn’t charge us. The staff is professional and friendly, so I highly recommend using them.
