I came in to see if there was a helmet to fit my 10 month old. The person helping me was so kind, and took the time to fit my baby in a helmet while she was right on my hip, making her feel more comfortable with the new situation. He went through all of the adjustments until it fit her perfectly. He then explained the steps to adjusting the fit in the future as she grows. I am very appreciative that he shared this knowledge with me since I worked so hard growing those brains Iʻm trying to protect.

Landen was awesome ! Very accommodating and patient as I had many questions being new to MTB. He never made me feel "nooby" or uncomfortable for my lack of knowledge, and was very attentive through the whole process. 10/10 will be back consistently , as this place just has great people with great vibes !

I was so impressed by how the store was so organized and not intimidating to navigate. But the key thing that I enjoyed most was the service! Rich was so knowledgeable and helpful and could have talked to him all day. I felt important to them. They fixed up a bike that I bought for my daughter and they made she sure had a good quality bike. They care and I’ve already recommended them to several people since my visit yesterday.
Booked my road bike in for an annual service on a Thursday. Phoned to ask if I could drop the bike off late the day before - “No problem”. Before I got home that evening had a message from Carl, the mechanic, advising what needed doing. We talked it through despite it being very close to 6pm. Some parts had to be ordered in and was given an estimate of the following week for collection. Two days later (Friday) got a call to say all work completed.
