Landen was awesome ! Very accommodating and patient as I had many questions being new to MTB. He never made me feel "nooby" or uncomfortable for my lack of knowledge, and was very attentive through the whole process. 10/10 will be back consistently , as this place just has great people with great vibes !

I was so impressed by how the store was so organized and not intimidating to navigate. But the key thing that I enjoyed most was the service! Rich was so knowledgeable and helpful and could have talked to him all day. I felt important to them. They fixed up a bike that I bought for my daughter and they made she sure had a good quality bike. They care and I’ve already recommended them to several people since my visit yesterday.
Booked my road bike in for an annual service on a Thursday. Phoned to ask if I could drop the bike off late the day before - “No problem”. Before I got home that evening had a message from Carl, the mechanic, advising what needed doing. We talked it through despite it being very close to 6pm. Some parts had to be ordered in and was given an estimate of the following week for collection. Two days later (Friday) got a call to say all work completed.

The best thing is the personal care with our very common bikes. We bring them there yearly for annual checkups and servicing. Never had an issue. They are very up front about prices and the time to get the bikes done.
