On Friday morning I ordered a Marin bike and a helmet. They were delivered that evening, and the delivery fee is super reasonable - sorry again that I carry so little cash for a tip! Apart from adjusting the seat height, the bike was ready to ride, and I had it out the next morning. Five stars on Bike 513 and on the Marin Kentfield 1

The service was very fast to switch tires out on my bike and I had a new seat put on too. They were very knowledgeable about bikes there and what needed fixing on mine vs what could wait. This place is great! We will be back to purchase a bike or two for family! Military discount of 15% at this store with ID, by the way!
Alex kept me informed if status of 3 bikes I was having tuned. They were quick and all 3 were in excellent shape.
First - the selection was great and having options and being able to try them out to compare was super helpful.
I also appreciated the staff and how knowledgeable they were, and how they didn’t push to get a bunch of add-ons, or push on items after we declined. They were incredibly respectful and made the shopping experience more enjoyable.
Lastly, I appreciated that as we were checking out, the lady who helped me advised me to try out the seat but it’s not uncommon if it’s uncomfortable because bike seats aren’t necessarily designed with women’s anatomy in mind and shared that they have other options once I had some time to feel out the bike.
Overall I was happy with my experience, and the staff was kind and knowledgeable, which made me feel more comfortable with making my purchase.
