I love Trek in Murfreesboro! They are my go-to for servicing my bike. The service is top notch, but more importantly the staff is always kind, thoughtful, and helpful. They make sure my bike is riding smoothly, but they never try to up-sell me. On the contrary, they find ways for me to remain within budget every time.

The customer service is exemplary! They go out of their way to help you. They are friendly to all people. As I was waiting, several customers walked in and they greeted them and also let them know approximately how much time it would be until they were with them. They had to ordered options for me and have always been excellent at working with me to get the right fit with the bike.
