We arrived looking for a quality recumbant exercise bike and Josh was very helpful in guiding us through the selection process. He was obviously knowledgeable and experienced, which gave us confidence. He was quick to pick up on our needs and didn't mislead us or waste our time.
Also, the delivery team was professional and efficient in coordinating their arrivale and delivery... and setting up the machine, of course. I can't imagine a more pleasant experience.

Great service in store today
It was amazing…I had a flat and went by Oak Mountain location-walked in had two tires plus a set of grips installed less than an hour and they were covered up but still made time for me as a “walk in”—unbelievable and recommend them!!
I came in cuz my chain was slipping, And I was stunned that he took the time in their busy morning and throw on a new chain! So sweet! Thanks team!!!!

We purchased an Allant +7S from Pasadena Cyclery and the price was fair. This was the 2nd identical Allant that we purchased but, the 2 were built very different. The one from Pasadena was built tight, solid and there were 0 squeaks. The other one we purchased from a Trek factory store was exactly the opposite. When I needed a factory repair to my (Pasadena Cyclery bike) they were "can do" and actually fixed both bikes. We decided to increase our range by increasing our battery from 500W to 1kW (in 2026) & Markus was able to source all of parts (Our Gen 1 Alllant was discontinued in 2024) and completed the upgrade when the local ( 3 miles from our home)Trek store said it was impossible. Pasadena is ~45 Miles from our home and absolutely worth the drive. The staff is friendly as are the customers because everyone is just low key. We enjoy being outside in the wind and love all day rides from the perspective an awesome workout. If you're an angry spandex sponsored cadence bro you should still come here because they know their stuff and you'll get a great deal but if your not, come here because your welcome... even if your looking for something different.

The friendliness of the staff was phenomenal! I was very impressed with their professionalism as well. They are extremely knowledgeable and we’re not pushy at all when trying to make a sale. They focused on our needs without forcing anything on my wife and I. I will highly recommend them to anybody looking for a bike that is just getting into biking or somebody who’s experienced. Very good atmosphere and the store layout was also very welcoming. We will be returning for any of our future needs!

Your mechanic with the orange hair, whistled through this job like it was nothing. I came in with a chain wrapped several times around the wheel sprocket. He removed the crank arm of the pedal and put it all back together in minutes. Amazing to watch. Poetry in motion. Adjusting the gear shift from multiple places to allow for easy shifting to each of the 3 large sprockets.
