I bought my first Trek this past summer. This particular location helped me find the perfect bike even though they didn’t have my size available. The employees there knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. The service was faster than I expected and took my bike on a 10mi ride later that night and had no issues

I brought my mountain bike
In because my dropper seat stopped working. The tech was very thorough in looking over my bike, determined the issue right away, and loaned me a dropper seat to get me through until my parts came in. I really appreciated the loaner and the repair.

I went to have Goodales help me replace a tube that was popping. They fixed it but upon getting it home, there was a flat again. they stood by their work and replaced the tube. Now I'm back on my 1985 bike and happy as a clam!!
