Service was completed quickly and before the expected date. One issue couldn't be resolved; the remote fork lockout button is no longer available and couldn't be repaired or replaced but that's not the fault of the mechanics at the shop.

I love the products and the bike mechanics are great. The person who checked me out was great. I will say that I have never been greeted when I enter the store although most days there are several employees milling around at the front desk, sometimes they look over but never have I been asked if I needed help, or how's it going? , a friendly hello. Odd customer service..
