Excellentt, and immediate service. Greeted from the store manager (Who also welcomed my Dog;) upon arrival. With s couple minutes, I had a tech working on my Bike and doing it with enthusiasm and offering excellent feedback to all my questions.
To my surprise, I walked out 20 min later with my Old Reliable, back on & off the road.
I also spent 1/4 of what what I was initially think I needed.
I always Look forward to popping in the Nashua Store to see what's new, take an occasional spin on a new bike, or get feedback from one of the techs.

Excellent customer service bought bike for my daughter but was too big. Returned it for a smaller bike the next day without any problems.
I bought an inner tube for my bike for £4.99 cf £7+ at Halfords. No brained!

I was quoted for a silver or gold service and after checking the bike they called me and said the bike is in excellent condition and therefore they would not charge me original quoted price.
