The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Best selection of mountain bikes in Norman. Pricing seemed on par for this area. I bought a Trek Rosco 7. Got lucky and found one that trek had upgraded from the factory with fox 36 x grip fork for the same price as the Rock shock that trek uses for the Rosco 7. I highly recommend Phat tire for shopping and repairs. It's my first stop for bicycle anything.

W & S had a bike sale and many salespeople were around to help us. From Melissa to Joel, they answered all of our questions about rigging me up for a bicycle tour with a new bike and assorted bags and equipment. Melissa told me all about the Trek line of bikes and she answered all of my bike-related questions very well. Joel talked me through the bike rack and bags that I should be using for my road trip. He explained the strengths and weaknesses of each item and then let me decide on what I should get.
Anytime I go into that store, the people are very friendly and helpful! Their mechanics are top-notch, as I have found through the years with their thorough, great work on our family's bikes. It seems that anyone that you run into in that store is a biking enthusiast, and that always gets me excited to visit the store and ride a bike!
I had several issues with parts incompatibility with the bike I was assembling and was resolve by Jim. Great bike build by Jim.

Trek Broomfield not only has pretty much anything I need, they just have really good people who pay attention to your needs and if there’s a wait, they acknowledge that you’re there and let you know they’ll be with you as soon as possible. So many people in other locations won’t even make eye contact with you until they have to work with you.

Services are the true reflection of this, I feel confident that my bike is in the best working order after each service and I have yet to find fault with any of the products I have purchased, especially my Bike.

They've been very honest with me. This last time. I came in thinking I needed a new bottom bracket, they checked and all I needed was for it to be lubed and tightened. I have nothing but positive interactions with the sales staff and the mechanics. They seem like great people.
