Friendly and responsive help and service. Came in to replace a tire tube and they provided service right away. Noticed that tire tread was wearing through - so replaced tire as well. These folks know what they’re doing - recommend highly.

There is a reason that avid cyclists prefer Freewheel. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful even for the most obscure requests. I needed a 135mm 29er wheel with quick release. Can't find one used or new online w/o paying ridiculous money. Ask the guys at Freewheel for help. They have a new take-off for a terrific price. The people there have a passion for bikes & it shows. They know bike stuff & yet don't get snobby. Really appreciate them & it is the employees that keep me coming back.

I just bought a bike for my son at Trek Holly Park, and the experience was excellent. I cannot yet speak to the long-term durability or performance of the bike itself, but the staff were truly outstanding. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured, especially when I made it clear I was not interested in additional accessories. That alone says a lot. When the time comes to buy another bike for our family, this will absolutely be my first stop.
