Absolutely the BEST bike shop in the Reno - Carson City area. Mike was the best. Very patient and willing to help. Im not the easiest person to please when laying down $,$$$.$$. I must have test rode the same 3 bikes 3X each. Each time he switched out my spd pedals. The lady mechanic (forget name) was awesome. I highly recommend Trek Reno over there nearest competitors. Ive been cycling for many years and these guys are NO B.S. and not high pressure. The store manager was very nice as well.

Everyone at the shop is very nice and knowledgeable. This shop was actually recommended to me by my regular bike shop Pedal Driven as a good place to go if I am broken down near work. Because my usual shop/my house is almost 10 miles away from where I work and this shop is just 1 plaza away from where I work. It’s nice to know that there is a great shop nearby in case of a breakdown or flat tire so I can still make it home.
After visiting three different bike shops for the purchase of trek domane this shop was definitely the best experience. So from the minute when waiting outside for shop to open to leaving with bike was a great experience. I will definitely be giving this shop my business. Hannah was patient and extremely helpful.
