I took my wife’s bike into see Blue Ridge Cycling. It needed a major overhaul. I picked it up a few days later and after years of neglect, I have a brand new bike to give to my wife as a Christmas gift. Curtis is the best Santa’s helper you can find. Instead of donating this bike to Goodwill, my wife now owns a showstopper. Thanks for the caring and great workmanship.
Going into the store looks very intimidating because there’s so much going on but the customer service was amazing. They explained to us all the bikes. What the differences are, but most importantly what made sense for us to get for our son based on his likes and his expectation of what the bike would do for him whether it was mountain or just riding around on a road! It was really nicest to go in there and not have to go crazy over all the bikes and just free to make a decision based off of those facts
