Reserved online in the morning before the shop was open. Shop called before the shop even opened to say the bike was built and ready for pick up! Also great inventory selection and really appreciate the first tune-up for free!

Die Wartezeit wurde mit einem Espresso abgerundet und alles in allem hat man eine Leichtigkeit und Offenheit wahrgenommen. Das war ein entspanntes Beratungs- und Verkaufserlebnis.
Sue is awesome! I need a new pair of cycling shoes that were out of stock and Sue tracked the shoes down and had shoes to the store within 3 days. Sue is the greatest and is the reason I continue to shop at the Trek store in Towson.
