Service wie immer perfekt, schnell und individuell angepasst. Ich hatte nach Jahren der Nutzung einen Defekt am Carbon Rahmen. Die „Trek-Erstkäufer-Lebenslang-Garantie“ kam direkt zum Einsatz. Der neue Rahmen wurde bestellt, schnell geliefert und alle Komponenten kostenlos vom alten bike auf den neuen Rahmen umgebaut. Dank an das super Team, besser geht es nicht.
