My issue was diagnosed before I could be input as a new customer at the front counter. The warranty issue I came in to fix was completed perfectly. The previous store I went to about this issue did not remedy the situation and it escalated to the point of bike failure. The warranty work was done quickly and when I arrived at the store the tech took all the time I needed to answer my questions and along with questions I had about another bike.

The service was prompt and well done. When I went to pick up my bike, the woman who was at the register was able to move the bottle cage and my lock into the right position for me. She was very friendly and helpful.

The shop evaluated my ebike which got wet from a flood in late September. The parts they assessed that needed replacing and the labor charges were reasonable!

Your staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very reliable. I usually come there for service but have purchased a helmet and a hi-viz jacket. The store is clean, roomy and able to handle multiple types of transactions/interactions at the same time. The store hours are just right.
Dispite coming in at closing, with skis and bindings purchased else where the staff where friendly and very accommodating. The ski tech was skilled and knowledgeable. Pricing and turn around time was reasonable. All and all an enjoyable experience.
I went in to have a flat tire repaired and the technician did the repair immediately. I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. Great experience.
