brought my bike in for a flat tire. there was a tech issue which trek completely resolved with the ordering of a new tire that was no charge to myself. I feel they could have glossed over the issue but they were up front and fixed the problem. I have been going to tek for years they are great!!

Dropped by OSB for an appointment for new tires and tubes. I didn’t have my bike with me and explained I was biking wednesday and would like to drop the bike off thursday morning. At 10:00 am thursday morning l
had dropped my bike off and went to breakfast. Before finishing breakfast I received a call from Outspoken stating my bike was ready. Excellent service, by the way got in a good ride friday on new tires around the Fort.

Josh was very helpful setting up my new Bosch Kiox 500 display and controller for my Trek Powerfly E bike, he made sure I wouldn't leave until all the components were updated and synced to the Bosch e-bike smart system and operating while using the app, he is a good man and knowledgeable with these components, I highly recommend Free Flight for all biking needs!

Aventon is a great e-bike with amazing features. But getting it from Two Brothers Bike Shop adds a layer of support. This makes us comfortable knowing that if we have any questions or need repairs, we can get quick help and service there. Chris was great at explaining the features of our bikes and so helpful. Can’t imagine I’d go to any other bike shop.
