Jake, you came from your service area to greet us when we came in; and we noticed that when you were working with us you recognized other customers when they came in and made sure that someone would serve them. You remembered that you had helped us with our red tandem,(and your service was very good with that one by the way). We appreciated that you took whatever time it took to show us features, measure the other bike, and answer our questions, and even make sure that Deb got the right price on those gloves. Then, finally you tried to see if there were other colors, and tried to find a big picture of a Rover E+ on their site. You did a good job for us. By the way, it was good to see that two other family members have been in your shop.
