Loyal to the Wisconsin Home of the Trek Brand. But if you design the great 650B tires GR–zero elite (awesome!) tires for dual sport three GEN five 2024, then discontinue that series of bikes, then come out with Bontrager GIRONA tires… BUT NOT in 650B—WTH?
So… I had my trek dealer replace the elites with GR-zero COMPS , but I intend to shop around for a better set in the 650 B cagegory. (sorry, future Bontraeger purchases…).

I had a tuneup and brake cable replacement on a 49 year old bicycle. Rode the bicycle yesterday and was impressed by how smooth the braking and shifting was.
Staff was very patient and helpful. Took their time to help us understand and learn about the bikes and how they work. Would go back for more bikes.
Had purchased new tires for my bike and had both tires replaced by JAX technicians. They did an excellent job and got me on my way in no time. I would definitely come back and would recommend to anyone to check them out.

Great customer service, I went in on my break and the cashier was going through something with another client. He asked me while wearing my uniform if I was in a hurry. I sheepishly told him the situation and he asked the other client if he could quickly ring me through.
