Everyone has been incredibly friendly and helpful, never making an issue of time needed to find a new bike. Bryan took the time to go over used bikes available, prep used and new bikes for test rides, and even did an exhaustive inspection of the used bike to determine if it met my needs. I will definitely be back for any repairs or future purchases.

They did an amazing job. The man that helped us pick out a bike for our daughter was so kind and patient. He spent a lot of time with us and never made us feel like an inconvenience. I did a lot of research before walking into Wheel and Sprocket. I was fortunate to meet Patrick who was even more informative for me that my research. After speaking with Patrick who is very professional and comes across as honest and authentic I changed my buying decision and went to a bike that was much more expensive but feel the overall value was worth it. I took my new bike out for a short 10 mile test ride yesterday and everything Patrick talked about benefit wise was realized in my ride. I could not be happier with my decision. Thank you Patrick!
