I have total confidence in their ability to take care of my bike. There are several bike shops close to my home. However, I drive 35 miles to get my bike taken care of!

Excellent experience purchasing and fitting a new Trek hybrid in your Georgetown store. The sales team were real pros, with tons of expertise and helpful suggestions.
I brought my bike in for a new chain and brake pads. The service was completed in less than an hour while I had a great lunch next door. The service department was friendly and nice and provided advice on how to prevent breaking my chain in the future. Always an awesome experience at the shop not even to mention the donut holes and french toast.
