閉店した昭島店で購入した自転車のキッズプログラムでの買い替えを行いました。
店舗の閉店により、子供が自転車で乗っていける距離に直営店がなくなってしまったことが非常に不便です。多摩地域への再出店を強く要望します。

Ja, ich bin jetzt schon in vielen Fahrrad Geschäften gewesen, aber nicht eins war annähernd so gut wie der Cube Store Dessau, von der Beratung bis zum Kauf war das eine 100 von 100. mein Verkäufer lebt seinen Beruf , anders kann man es nicht beschreiben. Ich würde jeder Zeit dort wieder so ein tolles Cube kaufen. Vielen dank nochmal für so ein Erlebnis, das gibt es kaum noch.

The staff was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. I purchased a bike for my son and was told they had about eight builds ahead of us, so it would most likely be ready the following day (Friday). I didn’t expect it to be completed the same day and even mentioned that Monday would be perfectly fine.
A few hours later, I received a call letting me know the bike was already finished and ready for pickup. When I arrived, the experience was not rushed at all, they went over everything thoroughly and answered any additional questions I had. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.
Respectfully there was an older lady who was next to useless with a simple question and came across very disinterested and not knowledgeable about Trek.
Everyone else was superb, helped me with buying simple products, spent time explaining the bikes (even though it was clear I wasn’t going to buy one) took time to explain the product and talk about how good it was. Really good experience over all.

Susan did a terrific job fitting me with new ski boots about 6 weeks ago. Her experience, MasterFit training, and customer-service focus was evident. She took the time to measure my feet, reviewing my skiing level, and discussing the pros and cons of different boot styles. She also recommended an aftermarket insole to resolve a foot issue. Then, after trying on the boots, she made the necessary modifications to insure a comfortable fit. I finally used the boots for the first time this past week at Gore Mtn, and they really made a positive difference to my skiing. Thanks Susan!! Someone give this lady a raise!!
