If I could give one hundred stars, I would. It is impossible to accurately describe the amazing customer service I received from start to finish. Micah is it replaceable. His shared knowledge, the selection process, and stress elimination were outstanding. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, just over-the-top communication and follow-through.
I would never consider purchasing anywhere else.

I live in Arizona and my son and grandson live in San Diego. I worked with Alex, AJ and Oliver while shopping for a bicycle for our grandson, They were all very helpful and took time with me and their followup was amazing. We purchased his previous bike at this location 2 years ago and had amazing customer service. We will always shop at this Trek store for future purchases.

The item I needed as a Christmas gift was on sale for quite a good price. I purchased it online, and saw that online order processing usually takes 1-2 days to prepare. A few hours later, I was nearby and called just in case the order might have already been processed. It was and I was able to pick up the gift on the same day! Just excellent service, and a game saver just a few days before Christmas! Thank you very much!!!
