Lastly, you've built a community focused shop, over the last few weeks as I've popped in for bike tests, deposit payments etc I've noticed it's not just cyclists that pop in for a coffee and cake, you've built a hub for the wider community.

Everything has exceeded my expectations. Handsdown!!! This TREK bicycle is awesome. The sales and service guys were also outstanding. Gary installed a new kick stand on the spot. Pat delivered a new helmet I can't wait to bring it back to add more accessories like an odometer, headlight, flashing taillight and a little hackey sack to hold my keys and maybe a smart phone holding rack on the handle bars. I feel like a super happy kid on Christmas day. You all have helped to make this a happy holiday season, for sure. Wheeeeee!!!

Very friendly staff who are willing to answer all questions about accessories, gear and bicycles. The store has a large selection bicycles and accessories.
Over many years, Rich, Scott and the crew have consistently provided top-notch service, exactly as discussed. Never a surprise, always prompt, pleasant, professional. They even help bring the bike in from the car and return it to car, if I request it. If I stop in with a mechanical issue during a ride, they put other stuff aside and handle my issue immediately. I cannot recommend this business more strongly. Standard of excellence.
