I bought a very nice gravel ebike from WPC. From the beginning, customer service has been exceptional. These folks get it. Attentive without being pushy. Even discouraged me from buying a bike they had in stock, so that I could check out a slightly different one that they didn't have. (I went back and bought their bike) Little things, like remembering my name, instant service ("Sure - we can take care of that right now"), polite without being obsequious; things that are so unusual these days. Prices are standard - same as everyone else - and selection is very good.
I bought a nice bike, but I saw them give the same treatment to people who made minor purchases.
I will repeat this review for the other stores (I went to all three Vancouver WPCs) as they all did the same excellent job.

Service was excellent. Michael did a fantastic job fixing my front derailleur when other shops couldn't. Charges were very reasonable.
They treated me well. Parts from my old bike were transferred to my new bike at no charge. They also handled a frame warranty claim well. Highly recommend.

I appreciated how kind Michael was to us. He was very informative and came across in an approachable manner. He wasn't condescending at all. Made me comfortable to ask him questions.
The service was professional, friendly, and exactly what was needed and no more. I am sure they could have charged me to do a lot more than was done, but the advice I received was to take care of what was clearly needed and see if they did the trick. They have always been reliable in that way. Thoroughly trustworthy. A great experience.
The young man listened carefully to me when I told him what I needed for my bike and showed me options available, installed my choices and even installed the pannier I ordered online. The whole experience was quick, easy and great.
Service center techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. I appreciate how the techs put your bike up on the rack and do their assessment with you right there. As a bicycle "hobbiest" I learn something every time I go into my KM Trek. And the turn around time is fast.
I know it's not a fair comparison, but I wish car repairs were done this way. Bravo!

Products I can get anywhere but nothing compares with a welcoming, well trained helpful staff who do not make you feel you are a tiresome impediment to their social deism fuelled zen . It happens.
My partner and I were fortunate to come across Julia in Westboro who demonstrated efficacy, knowledge while being unshakeably pleasant while seeing to our cycling needs. Her colleague , a young woman with a razor sharp wit and awesome personality further made things memorable. Many respects to Bushtukah and your elite hiring practices and training. Don’t get cocky though. Bar is high…. Don’t drop it!
