I had questions about my seat and about other bikes, and I could tell that the sales man had a great knowledge of the bikes, parts, and what I was looking for. He was very professional and respectful. Jax's Bicycle Center has the best, knowledgeable, and most respectful customer service in our area of Menifee, Hemet, Murrieta, and Temecula.

Damian and Scott were great. Visiting Mill Valley for the month and they connected me with 2 great bikes to rent. We liked one of the bikes so much that we bought it. Scott and Damian are very customer service oriented and made me feel like a long term customer.
My apologies, but I cannot remember the name of the technician who assisted me when I picked up my bike after the repairs. He took the time to explain to me what was done and also showed me all the nuances for how I can utilize and get the maximum ability out of my newly built, fox shock.
No other bicycle shop has offered that or provided that inside to me.

I found what I was looking for. The sale people didn't put unnecessary pressure on me to buy but instead were very helpful especially in letting me know about Topo's return/exchange policy. I ended up coming back and buying a pair of Topo shoes.
