The team was gave us outstanding customer service yesterday and fixed 3 of our bikes right on the spot so my kids could immediately go riding. The service is always fantastic and that is why this is the only place we bring our bikes to!

Brian was really helpful providing information about purchasing a bike. I test drove several bikes and was not rushed. The only hiccup was they didn't have the one I wanted to buy so they had to source it from a different store which had its own issues. They got the bike in and called to let me know it was ready. Overall a decent experience.
They were quick to put a new cassette on my tire. Also, really helpful.

The owner Vince was on the floor and helped my daughter find the right bike in the correct size for her. She was able to test ride any bike as many times as she wanted. Vince’s employees were friendly, helpful and zero pressure to purchase, which is why we chose to purchase from 7 Mike Cycle and we will keep coming back for the customer service and selection.
