Rylie was beyond helpful in picking out mountain bikes. We are new to Utah and new to the mountain bike scene (but not biking scene), but it’s a whole different world. Rylie took time with us, helped determine what would be best for us, explained everything about the bikes and what we might need. She loves what she does and is great at what she does. I highly recommend this store and ask for Rylie!

Customer service was great. Someone greeted me as soon as i entered, showed me what i needed to maintain my bike. They told me they would help with installing my pedals and I could bring the bike to the store and use the new bike area to install pedals.

Great service buying our first e-bikes. Very professional, knowledgable, and friendly staff. Our 2 new bycycles we're ready to go when we arrived at the store. Dan did a great job explaining the e-bike features and adjusting the bikes before we did a test ride. After the ride, Dan showed us how to mount the 2 bikes on the rack that we purchased. Dan explained the bicycle accessories that we might need, plus he called the sister store to have them set aside a storage case that we picked up later at their 2nd store. When we arrived at the 2nd store, our storage case was waiting on the counter for us. Everything was great. Highly recommend!
