I went in to buy a helmet and was assisted quickly and helpfully. The associate showed me the differences between a couple of models that suited my needs, helped me try them on, and brought out a new color for me that wasn’t on the shelves yet (which was the color I went with).
Took a quick look around the shop while I waited and it’s small but mighty! Great selection. Also love that they have a crash replacement policy for their helmets.

Greeted immediately with friendly welcome from Jeremy. Started discussion with wanting to upgrade from Powefly hardtail to full suspension. Jeremy helped me review my own skills and abilities along with various trail uses. Without pressure we reviewed advantages and disadvantages between going with Powerfly FS or upgrading to Rail + 5 and potentially meeting my current needs and not outgrowing my current skill set. No pressure and after couple weeks research came back and purchased the Rail. Needless to say, Jeremy remembered me and walked through the purchase process. The personality and friendliness is a testament to this business and you feel welcome as if you were a friend and member of the team. This is the place to go and I’ll definitely be back for bike service or repairs.
