Everyone is very low-key and friendly. I am a casual cyclist, but they make me feel very comfortable. They had a large selection of bicycles as well as clothing, and other gear.

After receiving an unreasonably high quote from another bike shop, I was disappointed and even considered purchasing a new bike, as the other shop advised. Had a brake issue that was a known problem but out of warranty. The staff went to bat for me and Trek covered the brake replacement. They installed the brakes incorrectly at first and I had to go back. Cahaba corrected it with no problems and in a timely manner. Guys are friendly and helpful..
