I brought my son's bike in for some cleaning and tuning (after spending outdoor time at camp where he worked last summer). Trevor got the chain and gears cleaned up and tuned the rear derailer while I waited. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. I appreciated the prompt and knowledgeable service!
Very quick diagnosis and service. Jake was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also met a female staffer whose name I did not get who was also very personable. My bikes were returned faster than I expected. Was not cheap, but the value was good.
Dave was great. I came in and needed my gearing looked at. He originally said it would be a week but when I said I needed it in three days he got right in it and had it done that day. Great customer service!

Super friendly! Greets us with a hello & a smile at the door! Service is good and correct. Never have to go back because something was done incorrectly. Walks us to the car when we leave and helps get the bike on the rack or in the car! I love this place!
