Customer service was an A+. I came in shopping for an Ebike for my son as a Christmas gift. Bryan Oprel was very helpful in explaining the options that the store sold. We landed on a Trek Ebike and Bryan explained all the features and was extremely helpful throughout the process. I appreciated his attention to detail and left no question unanswered. I had never been to this store before. When I walked in, the 1st thing I noticed was how nicely it was set up. A gentleman greeted me right away and offered assistance. I wanted a bike basket for my son's bike we just got him...I didn't want to get it before we found the bike; we didn't get the bike until the 21st of December...I wanted it as a Christmas gift...time was running out and there weren't many stores around to get one at...
The gentleman showed me a couple of options, one being too small/girly/flimsy. The other being great,except for the price tag. He must've seen the look on my face when I said that that was a little out of my price range for a kids bike...
He looked around and found me a closeout/discontinued one that will work perfectly!!! I am extremely grateful!

Will helped me with my purchase of a Trek Farley fat bike. He was very knowledgeable about the bike and fat bikes in general. He answered all my questions and gave me great advise on setting up the bike as well as recommendations for riding spots in the area. The shop was able to setup my wheels as tubeless the same day and send me home all ready to ride my sweet new bike!
